VINIFICATION: The grapes are handpicked and carefully selected, followed by 12 hours of maceration, the must is cleared through a cold temperature static decanting method and the fermentation takes place in thermo-conditioned stainless steel tanks.

REFINING PROCESS: 3 months in stainless steel tanks.

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS: The colour is straw yellow ,the taste is fruity and elegant, with notes of banana, pineapple and green apple, full-bodied, armonious, well structured and very persistent.
