VINIFICATION: Grapes are handpicked and carefully selected. Followed by 12 hours of maceration, the must is cleared through cold temperature static decanting method, the fermentation takes place in controlled temperature stainless steel tanks.

FINING PROCESS: 8 months in 225 lt. oak barrels.

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS: Golden yellow , elegant, fruity with scents of banana, pineapple and vanilla .On the palate is round , full with a captivating taste. Very well structured and persistent.
