Marche IGT Rosso
VINIFICATION: Hand harvested, destemming and pressing at controled temperature.The wine is left in contact with it’s own lees for 15/17 days before being transfered in stainless steel tanks.
REFINING PROCESS: 18 months in 225 lt oak barrels.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS: Paccaosso is a charming red wine with a dark, ruby-red colour it is a wine of great intensity. The bouquet is very complexed and in constant evolution, it goes from red cherry to marasca and various other scents obtained by the oak influence. On the palate is soft with an endless persistence.
